Roads minister Jesse Norman has written to MPs with a breakdown of how the £420 million announced in the Budget for minor road repairs and potholes would mean for each local government area.
South West Wiltshire MP Andrew Murrison said;
“I very much welcome the £7.4 million allocated to Wiltshire for repairing minor roads and filling potholes. Holes in the road are a particular hazard to cyclists and motorcyclists. In our area some are more like craters.”
