Andrew cut the ribbon at Cools Farm Shop East Knoyle on Saturday. The new venture will sell nutrient dense produce at the organic farm which specializes in producing food regenerative for a sustainable future.
Andrew said;
"My friends Maggie and Quentin Edwards have farmed in East Knoyle for many years and have now partnered with Tom Stinton and Emily Pickford to take the organic farm forward organically and sustainably. It's always a pleasure to visit their lovingly tended farm especially during the lambing season.
"The shop will be a useful addition to the enterprise selling delicious farm produce. It has fitted very nicely into the surroundings and is clearly popular with people from the locality who attended the opening. I suspect it will attract people looking for high quality, welfare assured food from a wide radius. Increasingly people want to know about their food and where it comes from.
